The room was spacious and had a fantastic river view, which was nice. The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of products. I loved having a sofa and table to chill at, but the bedding really let it down for comfort and the pillows weren't great. It was clean and the lighting was decent enough.

Upon arrival, we experienced a delay since our room wasn't ready, forcing us to wait after check-in time. Despite requesting a double bed, we were given two separate beds, which needed to be corrected by housekeeping. While the mattress provided decent comfort, the bed was surprisingly creaky, reminiscent of a foldable setup rather than a solid hotel bed. Breakfast areas felt cramped, with coffee machines placed too close to tables, making it awkward during busy hours. a little more tidiness could have enhanced the breakfast experience, as some areas appeared disheveled. a couple of extra mirrors in the room would have been handy, especially for groups sharing.

We got upgraded to a fantastic river view room, and even though the weather was a bit gloomy, the view really brightened our stay! The hotel had great relaxation spots like a cozy lounge and a nice leisure area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, the TV kept raving about luxury, but honestly, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. 😊

great view but minor room discomfort
The hotel's location offers a stunning view of the harbor that significantly enhances the atmosphere. The modern design and cleanliness of the space provided a refreshing stay that exceeded my expectations.
The room lacked sufficient seating for a family of four, leaving us cramped at times.

missingWrote a review on 17 Augmodern decorbeautiful viewsaccessible elevatorsinconvenient parking
The hotel boasts a modern decor with vibrant metal sculptures and stunning views of the river from the room. Secure and accessible elevators added a practical touch for families and seniors, ensuring smooth navigation throughout the property.
Though the location is central, parking can be inconvenient. Guests might need a bit of a hike to the nearest multi-storey car park, which costs about £8 overnight. Breakfast could be a letdown. it seems there were times when hot food containers ran empty and the quality of the offerings, like the low-grade sausages and bagged scrambled eggs, didn’t meet expectations. Plus, coffee machines were out of order, layering more frustration on the breakfast experience.

Spacious room with great river views
I had a fabulous experience with spacious rooms that included floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the River Lagan, offering stunning views. The hotel was in a perfect central location, making it easy to explore local attractions like the Titanic experience. My only wish is for a bit more variety in the breakfast options, especially for vegetarians.

Recommend it for families with children
I mean, the staff were very nice. They were friendly, helpful, and made a point to remember our names. Plus, we got an upgrade to a room with a view that was just great. Watching the sun set over the river while sipping something from the fridge was nice.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but good quality comes at a price.

missingWrote a review on 24 Julfriendly staffclean hotelgreat locationlimited mirror plugs
Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Titanic Belfast and explored the Cathedral Quarter for some nightlife. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect for these attractions. Just a heads up, there weren't any plugs by the mirrors, which made getting ready a bit tricky. But overall, the cleanliness and amenities made our stay enjoyable.
One downside was the lack of nearby mirrors with plug sockets, which made it awkward while getting ready. It would be helpful to have those available for future guests.

Awesome location with tasty food!
Loved this place! It’s super close to the pier and just a hop away from the pubs. The check-in was smooth, and my room had a killer view of the river. Those beds? So comfy, I snoozed like a champ! Restaurant food was delightful and open 24/7, but waited way too long for a taxi from the airport.
